Israel’s Journey from Egypt

33 These are the places the ·Israelites [^Lsons/^Tchildren of Israel] went as Moses and Aaron led them out of Egypt in divisions [^Clike an army]. ² At the Lord’s command Moses ·recorded [wrote down] the places they went, and these are the places they went.

³ On the fifteenth day of the first month, the day after the Passover [Ex. 12:1–30], the ·Israelites [^Lsons/^Tchildren of Israel] left Rameses and marched out ·boldly [^Lwith a high hand] in front of all the Egyptians [Ex. 12:31–42].
